We are only looking for Media Partners that help us
grow the event and our base, not photographers that
just want to shoot the event.
Before
you fill out a media request below, please
understand that we get between 300-500 requests each
year, and only have 100 spots available. We cannot
grant everyone's request because we cannot have
media lined up shoulder to shoulder down the track
blocking the fans view of the racing action.
Our
primary focus are large media companies with large
followings online. We are only granting requests for
a handful of freelance photographers that we have
relationships with at WCF that gets us amazing shots
for promotional use.
Consideration Items:
- Media companies with large followings.
- Previous history of covering WCF and got us all your content.
- And most importantly... Media companies that help us promote WCF on
their social media throughout the year and share our
content. We look at your pages to verify
this, and we only grant media access if we see
promos for this year's event on your pages. We want
"Media Partners" only.
If you
are photographer/videographer for a race team, DO
NOT submit a media request. You will just need to come to the Manley
Hard Card Tent at the event with your driver & crew and
can get a Manley Hard Card that will give you access to the
starting line when your team is on the track
