Minimum ET

In an effort to keep the Haltech World Cup Finals for the best of the best, help reduce down time, speed up the event, and to provide spectators with a quality show of proven cars we have implemented a strict Minimum ET Policy for all classes at WCF. If your car has not met the Minimum ET requirements before qualifying starts then you will not be permitted to race at WCF.

Outlaw vs Extreme - Minimum ET = 7.50
Radial vs Modified - Minimum ET = 7.99
X275 vs Hot Rod - Minimum ET = 8.50
Street Fighter - Minimum ET = 8.99
Super Street - Minimum ET = 9.50
True Street - Minimum ET = 9.99
All Motor - Minimum ET = 10.99

There are 4 Methods below to verify that you have met the Minimum ET Requirement

Method #1  First you must pre-register at the bottom of this page. If you have competed at a previous WCF event, and we can confirm in our race results that you have met the Minimum ET requirement then you will be able to race at WCF. We will then add "Passed Minimum ET" to your pre-entry.

Method #2  First you must pre-register at the bottom of this page. If the WCF staff is familiar with your car and your past performance with another event or series then you will be able to race at WCF. We will then add "Passed Minimum ET" to your pre-entry. A multiplication factor of 1.54 will be used to convert 1/8 mile times to 1/4 mile times to make sure you pass the Minimum ET requirement. You will not need to make a 1/4 mile pass before the event.

Method #3  First you must pre-register at the bottom of this page. The WCF staff will contact any driver by email if they are not familiar with your car or are unsure if you have passed the Minimum ET Requirement. You will need to respond promptly with a link to a video of your car meeting the Minimum ET requirement. Once you have done this, we will then add "Passed Minimum ET" to your pre-entry. The video can be from any drag strip. Then you will be able to race at WCF. English speaking racers will need to send videos to jason@mbpevents.com and Spanish speaking racers will need to send videos to luiscorujo@paradiseracing.com

Method #4  First you must pre-register at the bottom of this page. If you have no video proof of your car meeting the Minimum ET requirement or the WCF staff is not familiar with your car then you must participate in the Early Bird Test Session at WCF on Wednesday or Thursday of the event and run quicker than the Minimum ET requirement. If you do then you will be able to race at WCF, if you do not then you will have to park your car for the weekend.

When you Arrive

When you arrive at the racetrack you will purchase your tech card at the gate like normal. After you park your trailer, take your tech card to the tower where we will have the list of pre-registered racers. If you have met the Minimum ET requirement the tower staff will validate your tech card, and you are ready to tech in. If you still need to meet the Minimum ET requirement during testing on Wednesday or Thursday you will need to notify the tower at that time that you are there so they can highlight your name on the pre-entry list and give you instructions on what to do next. Good luck!

RACER PRE-ENTRY

All racers are required to Pre-Enter for WCF.

We will be cutting off pre-registration once we reach 400 racers.

You will receive an email confirmation after submitting your pre-entry.
